Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 45 days, provided the item is in original condition* and was not a special order/ custom made unit. A copy of the receipt is required and a 10% restocking charge will apply to refunds. Items that are picked up by an Winona Concrete truck for refund will be charged additional delivery.
*Original condition means; not chipped, cut, cracked, covered in mud, dirt, mortar or anything else that would take away from its “like new” appearance
